very high standard.

The lounge offers a double sofa bed and armchair, coffee table and TV unit
with Television (UK Channels) and DVD.

The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs and a matching sideboard.
There is also a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area and 2
electric heaters in the property for the cooler months.

The American kitchen is fully fitted and provides all the equipment to make
your stay a pleasant one with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave
oven, washing machine and even a dishwasher.
- There is stone barbecue located in the drive for those people who enjoy to cook their food outdoors - a trip to the Saturday market is highly recommended to sample the delights of the local produce.

Upstairs the 2 double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers.

The full family bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c. bidet and hand basin.
- On the roof top solarium there are 2 sun beds and 2 lounger chairs and downstairs there is a wicker table and 4 chairs for use on the terrace.

property has an alarm and security grills and is situated in a road where
many of the occupants are residents. The communal pool is only a short walk
away.
- A maximum of 6 plus a baby will be accepted. A travel cot and bedding can be supplied (please state requirement at booking).
