Food and Drink

• The property is situated in a very popular area for tourists who want to spend their holiday in a relaxed environment with the benefit of all the necessary amenities close by. The area is well served by shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, many within walking distance.
• Local amenities are within walking distance.

Beaches and Golf Courses

• The choice of blue flag beaches (local weather) is endless and for the golfer there are championship courses within a 10-minute drive. Car hire is recommend for golfers and site seeing.

Airports and Travel

• Situated 45 minutes south of Alicante and 20 minutes north of Murcia airports, makes this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.
• Taxis from Murcia airport should cost around €30 one way. Pickup services are also available for airports / golf / shopping trips (POA)
